Thank you for shopping with HEARTHWISE. We sell digital products, including downloadable PDF cookbooks. Please review this policy before completing your purchase.
Digital Products
HEARTHWISE products are delivered digitally. No physical product is shipped.
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded after purchase, purchases are generally final and non-returnable once the digital product has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded, except where a refund or cancellation is required by applicable law.
Refunds
We may provide a refund when:
- You were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical error.
- You did not receive access to your purchased digital product and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue.
- The digital file is defective or inaccessible and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
- A refund is otherwise required under applicable consumer-protection law.
We generally do not provide refunds because you changed your mind, purchased the wrong product, no longer want the product, or did not use the product after it was successfully delivered, except where required by applicable law.
